Summer is often said to be time the best time for athletes to train, and we couldn’t agree more! It’s the time to gain an edge over the competition and become a stronger, faster, and more explosive athlete! Our team of sports performance professionals are here to help you gain your explosive edge!

During this 3 month Summer program, athletes will develop the speed, reactiveness, and explosiveness it takes to become a better athlete. Athletes will meet 2 or 3 times per week from June 10th – August 12th, and be grouped based on age, skill, and/or sport.

Session Times:

High School – 9:00am or 4:00pm
Middle School – 10:00am or 5:00pm
